Our Vinotheque offers an exquisite selection of Spanish & Italian classics, which you can enjoy in the restaurant or take home.

IF IT’S MEANT TO BE SOMETHING SPECIAL

For the production of Remirez de Ganuza, the grape varieties Tempranillo (90%), Graciano (5%) and skins of Viura as well as Malvasia are used, which grow on vines older than 60 years. It has a silky, velvety and very lively appearance, boasting a great acidity. The flavour is aromatic and refreshing with floral, fruity and spicy notes, which makes it a very pleasant, round, elegant and tasty wine. The 2009 vintage is particularly recommended.
